🚪📜 The Scroll of the Door Left Ajar

A parchment tucked into the hinge of a shrine door never fully closed, never fully opened.

This scroll is not sealed.
It is folded gently,
Edges curled by wind,
Ink smudged by waiting.

It records no arrivals,
Only approaches.
No departures,
Only lingering presence.

It is a scroll of thresholds,
Of the sacred in-between,
Where the shrine breathes in
The ache of the one who almost entered.

It reads:
