How to defeat/counter Dechala?

I'm playing as Balthasar Gelt and I picked the option to stay as an ally of the Western provinces. I'd like to eliminate her as soon as possible so I don't have to worry about these creatures backstabbing me. It does show that her army is stronger than mine but she is at war with Nakai, she has about 5 settlements now.
