Duviri materials

Hey! I'm getting back into warframe after a lot of back and forth since 2014, mostly just coming around for the big big updates. I've opened my eyes to the incarnons recently, but got no luck actually farming the materials, specifically Tasoma Extract and Mawfangs, since you have to do the experience. It feels like I'm way to weak to do it solo, and in groups you get shifted back and forth through the undercroft etc making the yields extremely low. I've as of now opted to buy the bundles, as I had a lot of old stuff left I could sell, but it does feels like im missing out on our favorite farming sim, so any tips on how to farm these somewhat efficiently?
