Does PTO (vacation, sick leaves) counts towards work experience?

My company offers around 20 days of paid vacation. Does it count towards my work experience? I know IRCC gave a time frame around 2 weeks.

I was also wondering does paid sick leaves counts?

For example on my paystub it says: working hour 48, paid hours in total 80. Does IRCC counts towards the 48 or the 80?
