How to reduce creatinine level?

My father 67M is suffering from kidney disease. His creatinine is 6.1. I'm pretty much stressed. I (19F ) is studying in college and doing job along with it. I'm really stressed about his health. Can anyone recommend good doctors or hospital. Ik this is not a relevant place to ask this question but I'm worried about my dad. Thanks in advance for any of your help.
