Why do everyman man that I know tells me never get married

Every married man I know, literally begs me not to get married outside of my parents. We tried to pressure me into getting married every other guy. That's not family. Typically says, don't do it. Could the married man who've reddit give me an understanding as to why this is or why should I context brothers are lawyers and landlords and friends are pretty much the same thing.
