I feel so lost professionally and its destroyed my mental health

Hi all. Thank you for taking the time to open my thread.

I'm honestly just at a loss as to what to do professionally at the moment.

I work for a very big, soulless company in the UK at the moment. Im a HR Advisor, which means I'm on the absolute bottom rung of the ladder here. Everything gets passed on to us. My team takes on around a hundred or so queries a day (usually more) and we're a very small team of 10. We take on all the front line, customer service level of questions you'd expect from someone contacting HR.

I honestly just despise the job. I've been at it for 6 months to the day today and I dread logging on in the morning. The absolute level of uncertainty is really leaving me drained. The team are incredibly clique. There's a couple of groups of 3 or 4 that exclusively help each other. You see them all on calls together on Teams all day. A lot of the team are good friends outside of work, and I feel very much as an outsider. They're very insular and I always feel like im getting under their feet when I ask for help.

Its compounded by the awful pay and workload. Im on 27.5k a year, which as someone that lives in the South West of England doesnt go very far. But we get two bonuses a year. One is about 900 after tax, and another is about 500 after tax. Takes me to about 29k a year. Its just awful.

This is made worse by the fact my wife is very sick at the moment. Shes pregnant and has HG, meaning almost every daily task, she cant do without help. She's basically been in bed for the last month. Shes still been signed off work at the moment on full pay, but I dont know how long that'll last. I completely do not blame her at all, because she's in such a bad time at the moment with her sickness/nausea. But I spend a lot of mh day caring for her and whereas work leaves me emotionally drained, this care is leaving me physically drained and exhausted.

I think I want to work somewhere else, but im worried about my wife and the fact I'll be on probation again. I don't think I can risk not having a job if I dont pass probation. I've got to do what's right for my family going forward.

All I know is I hate my job at the moment and don't know how much longer I can keep this facade up

If anyone had any advise or just a few kind words I would be incredibly grateful because I feel like im drowning at the moment

Thank you.
