Daycare in Lasalle

My infant will be starting daycare in the new year at Olivia DiMaio (Sprucewood location). We have been having communication issues with staff, they seem to be a bit disorganized. Along with a concerning google review that popped up recently, I am a little worried. Has anyone had any personal experience with this daycare?
