Tires with other dimensions

I'm currently looking for winter tires for my Explorer. I found some good used ones online, but I'm not sure if they'll fit. Currently, it has the standard setup with 235/55/R19 tires on the front and 255/50R19 on the rear. I'd like to switch to 255/50/R19 on both axles. The rims would be ET38 and 9Jx19 H2. Aside from the increased rolling resistance and higher consumption: Will this fit, or will I run into technical problems or TÜV (vehicle inspection) issues in Germany?
