Veggie restaurants in the city

Hi everyone, just looking for some recommendations for restaurants with lots of veggie and halal options if possible, please. It’s my friends birthday so we’re looking for somewhere in the city centre but aren’t fussy on what cuisine etc.

Thanks so much! ☺️
