Amendment return

I have 810 on my transcript since August 20 and I received LTR 86C on September18 asking to wait additional 60days to verify my amendment and September 26 my amendment got adjusted and complete October 27 and there’s still code 810 on my transcript I called irs and talk to an agent she told me nothing is wrong with my account that my check was mailed Oct 28 and I should wait for 21days I called back after 21days another agent told me my account was showing check mailed but there are some delay I should get my check before the year runs out,I called back after few days another agent told me my check was mailed November 26 not October 28 that I should give it another 21days till now there’s no notice or check yet,I just want to know if anyone going through what I’m going through with my amendment and my transcript stop updating since Oct 6
