lenovo laptop dying

Hardware

model : Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15AMN7
my mother has a lenovo laptop for work, it was bought 2 years ago because the old one died, but now new one is dying. it's now for a while has non working keys on keyboard(space,n,/ and etc.), it was turning off by itself, sometime hibernate sometime fully turning off, and today died battery, like it wasn't like less and less charge, no it was working perfectly and today suddenly it just died, and also in cpu-x it was saying that processor was capped at 0.4ghz even under load, and also voltage was capped at 0.6, idk if it should be like that but capped 0.4ghz is totally not good.
here is photos of all tabs if it helps somehow :

question is that, how bad things are? like if give it to repair will it be good for long or is it gonna after year start dying or fully die? and if it will help how much will it cost to repair(at least approximately)?
