Is Cartethyia S1R1 worth it?

So a slight preface here. Not F2P, but I'm also not a turbo whale. I try to only spend every other patch, and I have a budget limit.

So I just finished most of my pulls on the banner and picked up Cartwheel. I have enough coral to get exactly one sequence node, and I'm not pulling any more characters because I really want to get all three characters on the next banner, so I'm saving (my wallet) for that. I'm ok with using some pulls to get her weapon if it's a huge upgrade.

My main question is how good is her S1, is it worth the coral, or do I save them for someone else? How much would it actually help my account.

5 Star Characters on the account are S0R1 Galbrena, S0R1 Qiuyan, S0R1 Peeb, S0R1 Zani, S0R1 Chisa, S0R1 Phrolova, S0 Ciaconna, S0 Shorekeeper, S0R1 Lynae, S0 Calculator, S1 Verina, S3 Encore.

I've Got Static Mist, EoG, and the new Broadblade and Gauntlets for standard 5 star weapons.
