Small moment that made my week

A while ago, I was at the university mosque. There’s this cloth divider instead of a real door, so you can hear what’s going on outside pretty clearly.

I was sitting there when I overheard a group of girls from my class talking and they were… complimenting me. Like, genuinely nice things. Not knowing I could hear them.

I didn’t say anything or interrupt, obviously, but wow. That moment stayed with me for the whole week.

Still thinking about it tbh. Humans can be unexpectedly sweet sometimes
