Is nvidia shadowplay a viable program for recording and submitting my completions on pointercrate/aredl?

If so, how can I record in-game audio? I tried everything I can and it still doesn’t work. I heard obs is forcing gd physics to 60 tps or something and it kinda drops my fps below 240
