What LA Fitness’ Lack of Engagement Reveals About Its Corporate Culture

There are no official or even semi‑official responses from LA Fitness on this subreddit. I haven’t seen anonymous posts from employees either. That alone says a lot about how the company relates to its members. Complaints and concerns, assuming anyone at corporate even reads them, are ignored or treated as too inconvenient to address. Members are their only customers, and when a company consistently ignores its customers and won’t even offer basic acknowledgment, it’s not hard to see how that could eventually catch up with them.
