5mm pockets

Hello! I was diagnosed with mild periodontal disease a few months ago. i had SRP done in early October and went back for my follow up and was told things were improving and on track. several 4/5mm pockets reduced and my BOP was at 4%.

i still have a few 5mm pockets though. in your professional experience, what have patients done to help reduce them at home? i have seen everything from waterpiking with peroxide to rinsing with a diluted low concentration bleach. I would love to come back for my appt in march and have at least one or two improved, and NONE getting worse. Im young and want to get this taken care of while i have youth on my side.
