No RGB devices on any software using 12V RGB header

I'm using a fan hub from EZDIY FAB (link at the bottom) and have my thermalright TL-C12C-S fans plugged in, and the hub plugged into the 12V RGB header on my asus H510m-k, and no customisation is available on any software (asus armoury crate and signalrgb is what I've tried). I've checked to make sure the hub is set to the 12V RGB mode. The fans are fading in and out of different colours which means they are getting a signal from the RGB header on my motherboard, but I can't customize it anywhere. Can't find anything in bios either.
