Thermal Paste with no pumpout For Laptop esp (HP Pavalian gaming) Pls Help..!!

I am frustrated now its been 6 months and countless repasting after mx4 My laptop on which I don't game much 1 yr back I got a very smart idea to got it serviced chose best local laptop service engineer ( Local cause I don't know about services much I felt everything is very chill and normal no chances of getting some fake ) So I got it done gave 250 extra for premium thermal paste for gaming laptops when saw its classic roadside bigass thermal syringe prolly local. I came happy 4 months later I gave it to my sister who plays roblox minecraft GTA 5 etc she noticed fan making noise and laptop overheating and getting bluescreen I am shocked and disappointed as I took out my savings to get that laptop in college I start researching it took apart laptop changed fan and buy artic MX4 due to rating very very good initial performance but after barely 20 days temps started reaching 90oC on Roblox even on chrome from that time I am continuously replacing thermal paste time to time and it is frustrating..!!!😞 Can you please suggest some thermal paste with no pumpout as it is the main issue in my case please HELP ME I am really frustrated 😖
