Moons Missing Texture

I don't know what is wrong with my moons. I didn't have any mods that edit moons now, though I did before but I didn't like it so I uninstalled it. First, when I load the game up, my moons are fine. It's when I've been in the game and the next night is when the moon's textures are gone like so https://imgur.com/a/JsetMrO I'm using MO2 and here is my load order https://pastebin.com/buwCrXKm (yes, it is hefty). I am NOW using a moon mod thinking I just needed one but it still present the same issue. I do have Cathedral if that means anything.
