The Battle Master Chief vs Noble 6, but again this time

I am aware this is something that is discussed somewhat regularly, but I just wanted to hear some fresher opinions on the matter. I played Reach for the first time about a month ago and it was a beautiful experience. I have since dived down the Noble Team rabbit hole, which brings me here.

Before the retcon that applied the title to all Spartans, Master Chief and Noble 6 were the only two to be given the "hyper-lethal" designation. They are both also proven experts in solo operations. At the time of the Fall of Reach and Halo: CE, both of them were equipped with Mjolnir V power armor. Master Chief obviously has the physical edge due to his SPARTAN-II augmentations, but given their track records and skills, I don't believe it is as straight-forward a fight as some people would think.
