Time is stuck

First play through on the Trimui Brick and absolutely loving the game. However the time is stuck at all times at Sunday 10am. I've not manually tried to change the time or anything like that. I only realised when I was trying to catch a ghastly and realised it's never night time.

Any idea why this is and what I can do?

TIA
