Lost fic

I’m trying to find a buddie fic I read on ao3 where Buck and hen were both doctors and everyone else was still a firefighter. I remember for sure that Buck was chief resident and Hen had worked at the 118 for a while before med school. I also think that maybe Daniel Buckley was alive? But I might be mixing that up with a different fic I read around the same time.
