AXS HELP! Stolen tickets

Had my tickets stolen for tonight’s Creed concert! Woke up yesterday morning and saw my tickets “had been successfully transferred “ to an email I’ve never seen before. Because of the holiday break the customer service hours are absurd and nonexistent. No luck getting to them and the concert is in 5 hours!!! Any suggestions??
