Has anyone done CNC and how was it?

I’m really into CNC / non-consent kink, even though I’ve never actually done it. The closest I’ve gotten is when someone gets very dominant, like aggressively making out with me or pushing me up against something, and then we end up having sex anyway lol. It always gets me so riled up and gives me this intense “hot” feeling in my body, if that makes sense.
