Error Loading Submission

Sent in large-ish ~50 trading card submission to PSA. First submission into PSA and contained a lot of my childhood collection of trading cards. Arrived 11/24 and has been at order prep since that date. Checked if there was any movement today and have received error “there was an error loading your submissions” both on the app and the desktop page. Normal step when they are transitioning steps (hopeful)? Occurs when there is a possible issue with your order (less hopeful)? Just a glitch in the system?
