fps drop when entering career match

Hey everyone, greetings from Portugal! I have been trying to optimize this game up to the last minute detail, and I still can't understand why the hell my fps break to an unplayable standart when I start a match in career mode. I've played offline and have been able to play, plus I have played the first match and pre-season. Now, I can't play. I have a RTX 3050 and a I5-12. I'm sorry if this isn't the correct subreddit, but this has been a frustrating gameplay so far this year. I don't play online btw
