File Explorer Question - Navigating Subfolders

I have attempted to search the sub and the web, but I cannot find the info I am looking for. I may be describing what I want to do poorly, and it may be impossible. Sorry if I’m clogging the sub with a nonsense question, but help would be appreciated.

Basically, I have a number of sub folders that each have one or two files inside whose names should identically match the name of their folder (excepting the extension, of course).

Right now, I’m double clicking the folder, reviewing the file names, clicking back (I know I could use ALT+up arrow here, but mouse is already in hand), then double clicking the next folder.

Is there a faster way to move through sub folders than this?
