Camera Hub not seeing video feed (but OBS can)?

Hi people :D I was lucky enough to receive an Elgato Teleprompter and wanted to make some nice use of it. However, I'm running into issues inside of the Elgato Camera Hub App: the feed is empty for some reason.

• Camera Hub recognizes the Sony cam I have plugged into the Cam Link 4K BUT doesn't display out any images.
• OBS is able to output the Cam Link 4K video feed however.

Troubleshooting steps I've tried on my own:

1. Uninstalling, rebooting, and reinstalling to latest version of Camera Hub/ - Uninstalling, rebooting, and installing a previous version (Camera Hub 2.1)
2. Reboot PC
3. Unplug & Replug Cam Link 4k from PC
4. Restarting Camera

Would anyone have any idea on what I can try to fix this?
