VW Taigo (04.2022) SOS System Not Working and loading User Profile frühe

Hi guys! I have an issue with my Taigos infotainment and sos function. The infotainment is Constantly stuck in „loading user profile“ screen and sos is Not functioning. I have tried to soft reset it Many times Went to the local vw dealership where they did Not know how to fix it and only offered to replace the whole control Unit. Did anyone else experience this combination of Issues and has an idea? Appreciate Any help! Thanks
