How to get smoke smell off treadmill

I recently got a treadmill from heavy smokers. I’ve washed the treadmill with warm water and dish soap, opened up the hood of the treadmill and cleaned the inside, cleaned the treadmill with all/purpose cleaner, sprayed it with vinegar, and covered it in baking soda. I ran on it today, and when I ran, the smoke smell really kicked up. Does anyone have any other tips for getting rid of this awful smell? I’m debating on getting a new tread, but I’m not sure if that will solve anything.
