“Submit forms to HR on or after first day” Uh…we have no MSS?

Supervisor said he wasn’t told about any paperwork that needed done either. Reached out to my MSS based from the FO and that whole part of the email just wasn’t acknowledged. What am I supposed to do with this forms?
