Is Dec 31st the deadline to install R410a equipment?

Or did the EPA extend or eliminate the deadline? I’ve put a deposit down on a R410a heat pump this spring and trying to get my HVAC guy to install it for many months now. Getting fed up with this guy and probably will just demand I get my deposit back and be done with him.
