S22 ultra rendered useless?

So I updated my s22 ultra months ago and have not been able to use it since. I MISS IT terribly as I've been using an old iPhone XR I think n a google pixel 6 ugh.... How can I get my phone to work again? It was TOTALLY fine before I updated and no one seems to know how to walk me through fixing it as I cannot afford to take it somewhere. Now when I plug into charger it has a black screen that has flashing green lines like something matrix looking. What to do now?!!??
