dry texters who want instant replies

i’ve been texting this guy for a while now and it’s always the same thing. hell send me something like k or yeah and that’s the whole message. i try to keep the conversation going but it feels like pulling teeth.

then if i dont respond right away he gets all annoyed. like he'll follow up with where are you or hello after just a few minutes. it drives me nuts because his texts are so short and boring.

i was busy the other day and took an hour to reply to his ok message. now he’s acting like i ignored him on purpose
