My boss is awful and I need an outlet

I work as a lifeguard at a very well known establishment throughout the u.s. and have been there for roughly 8 years. My time there is hopefully coming to an end soon as I’m starting to look for co-ops so I will finally have the power to speak out and share my experiences as I feel like it would be the best way to spread awareness about being hired on as a lifeguard and some of the awful things we are told and deal with on the daily

I am curious though, are there any issues that could arise from me doing this? The thought of potentially being recognized or getting in trouble has been holding me back but also like so many people do story times on things like this?? My ultimate goal is to have a sort of story time TikTok series or YouTube videos; I’m looking to start doing creator stuff and I feel like this would be a great way to not only get over some of the things that have happened to me while working there but to connect with people who are maybe going through similar problems

Please let me know any advice though or if yall have had any issues with doing similar:)
