No money since September 2nd...

Sooo back in August I sold something on Poshmark and the seller received it, was happy, rated me and on September 2nd I requested the deposit to my bank account... 5 days later still no money, and the deposit still said in process. I reached out to my bank to make sure there was nothing wrong on my end and of course there wasn't. I reached out to Poshmark, no response. Reached out again, no response. This has gone on since SEPTEMBER and it still says in process....
