red light face mask, I have some questions.

Hi there.

I am 34 M and have recently purchased one of the Bon charge red light face masks. I had a question which I can’t see an answer to anywhere (maybe because it’s really obvious). When it comes to the intensity of the red and near infra red light, I get what intensity means, but what is the impact of intensity on results? How would increasing the intensity of the lights make a difference?

Sorry I know nothing about this stuff.
