[Comic Excerpt] Recent Spectre sighting (DC's I Saw Ma Hunkel Kissing Santa Claus vol 1 1)

In the first story, Ma Hunkel cheers Cyclone up for Christmas. A flashback panel shows Spectre fighting Gentleman Ghost, and in another panel Spectre waits in line behind what looks like Vic Sage without his Question mask (you can see his nose and his mouth), to get some cookies at a Christmas party at the JSA brownstone. I don't think Spectre has ever fought Gentleman Ghost in any actual DC stories, which would make this the only such instance in all of DC Comics.
