Here's how I think S2 GoT would have gone

Ryon as a new playable character as he's being trained/guarded by Beskha. You can preserve his innocence or let him become more hardened/vengeful

Mira as playable character imprisoned by the lord she was forced to marry, or if she was killed then you play as Tom who was pretty much a mystery all season

Asher/Rodrik as playable characters recovering, but that would literally be repeating Rodrik's entire s1 arc so idk. Maybe Talia will be playable. Was really interested to see how they handled the traitor situation in S2.

Choice to leave or stay in the North Grove. Leaving makes you arrive just in time to help face off against the Whitehills, staying means you probably end up being forced to leave anyways but maybe you're a bit stronger or learn more about the North Grove.

Potential reveal that Gared is Lord Forrester's bastard son

Show tie-in battle at the Battle of the Bastards

Tie up loose ends with the Whitehills at their home in Highpoint
