Might be looking for a unicorn…looking for quick but good quality makeup

To start off, I’m 35F and mom of a 1 year old. I work full time and leave the house at 6am every day. Idk if what I’m looking for exists but I’ll try: I’m looking for a foundation or a tinted moisturizer that is dewy, but not sticky and doesn’t slide off my face or transfer so easily to clothing (or my baby’s clothing). I moisturize my skin before applying anything because I do get dry skin, especially in the winter. Right now I go between Saie tinted moisturizer and Il Makiage foundation. The Saie is nice but transfers too much for my liking and the Il Makiage tends to look too cakey and dries out my skin. I don’t really need full coverage but more of an even coverage and I need something that will cover or correct my dark circles under my eyes. I do use a little bronzer (Fenty) and use blush (Nars) but willing to switch that up.

I need something that I can either apply with my fingers or quickly with a brush. I usually apply my makeup in ten minutes max once I park at work.

I’m too decision fatigued to do much research, but I have been getting targeted ads for Merit and was curious about them. So please if anyone can give me a list of things to try that would be amazing! Help a tired mama out lol
