Can anyone help me with a spinning rod and reel ?

Hi I'm level 14 and I'm struggling on winding rivulet . Everything I catch is to big to get it out,I lost around 8 leaders and so many lures . Anyone have a rod and reel with around 6kg of lifting willing to give it away ?
