2016 LKAS keeps beeping after alternator replacement

I recently got my alternator replaced on my 2016 RDX. Ever since, the LKAS is beeping at me at a much higher rate- like the sensitivity is too high. Thinking the system might need to be recalibrated or the sensor is dirty. Anyone experienced anything similar or have advice on troubleshooting? I had it done at the gas station not the dealership or id be bringing it right back
