I want to make a Budesonide rinse. I am broke and trying to manage symptoms cheap. Can I make it happen with otc sprays and a neti pot?

I recently found out I have likely a polyp near a tooth in my sinus. My nose wont stop running on that side and its painful in the face. I can't afford going to the doctors and scans and prescriptions and surgery. For now, I want to manage symptoms

I heard that Budoneside neti pot situations are effective and can get the liquid from a doctor. I am also have decent functioning basic logic and see its available OTC at 25mcg per spray. Wondering if I can spray that sucker into a neti pot the 10-20 times needed to get a reasonable dose in that one nostril?
