Why does this happen?

Got this email from Amazon when I placed an order for a printer like 20 minutes ago. I've been a Prime member for years & have made big purchases on Amazon before; I've bought mattresses, Apple products, Garmin watches, etc. Why did they refund a $150 printer order?

Is the only way to solve this to provide them with my gov't ID?
