Red Blinking Light

We just got our tonie box 1 for Christmas for my one year old and have only used it three times total. I decided to move it to a different location while in the middle of listening to a tonie (Laurie berkner for anyone who’s curious lol). Tonie was working fine and then when I moved it, it stopped working and now I just get a red blinking light. No sound, so code, nothing. Just a couple red blinks and then shuts off whether it’s on the charging dock or not! Any ideas on how to fix it?
