What we built:
Howdy Analytics is an AI-powered CRM built specifically for real estate professionals in the US. Instead of the bloated, generic CRM that does everything poorly, we focused on solving the biggest bottleneck for agents:

• AI calling agents that automatically dial leads, log outcomes, and handle initial qualification.
• Live call transcription so you never miss details while talking.
• Minimal, focused UI – pipeline view + recent calls + today's follow‑ups. That's it.

Why we built it:
We talked to 100+ real estate agents and kept hearing the same thing: they have CRM software, but they don't use it consistently because logging calls, notes, and updates feels like a second job. The tool gets in the way instead of helping.

The result:
Small teams (1–5 agents) using Howdy are spending 2–3 hours less per day on manual CRM tasks and actually calling more leads because the AI handles the initial contact.
