Desperately seeking advice. Almost 7 year old female cat continues to urinate in random spots. I have tried everything and am on the verge of insanity here.

Behavioral

So when I say I have tried everything I mean everything. Over the last few years she's been back and forth to the vet - clean bill of health, just an arse apparently.

It started out within the first year of having her, she would only pee on my fiancés side of the room on his pile of clothing left to his side of the bed. So we started making sure he wasn't leaving clothes out. Easy enough right? She then started peeing on couches.

We used natures miracles, coupled with baking soda and vinegar to clean the areas she would pee in. This would work for a time. But she would go back to peeing on clothing or couches after a time. When we were gone away we would just place tinfoil on the couches she would pee on. This helped a little, but she would go back to finding another couch or article of clothing to pee on.

We brought it up with our vet and they recommended while we waited on some test results that we try pheromone sprays. Her tests came back all good. We got the pheromone sprays. This worked fairly well (and we did a combination of this and cleaning the areas we noticed she was urinating in even after she stopped). This helped. Only the odd incident - usually my partners fault for leaving clothes in her old stomping ground. We were like success. Sort of.

We moved back in October and she was honestly doing SO good. Then I noticed she was peeing outside the litter box almost 2 months ago (like right next to it). So we took her back to the vet. She had bloodwork and a uranalysis done again to be safe. All good. So we took it that maybe the move had her nervous.

Started back with the pheromone sprays again, cleaning the litters 2x a day (we already were doing this 1x a day but we would make sure to do it twice a day to be safe.) We even added 3 litters at one point to the one room we call the cat room with a) their normal litter (arm and hammer) b) tidy cats and c) pretty litter. To make sure it was best for her, I kept her secured in the cat only room (where I also have gaming stuff, so after work I'd hang out with her as I normally would) and took note of the litters. After 2 weeks of trying out the other litters alongside her old usual she liked her old one best. So after that was narrowed down, we just kept on making sure the litters are pristine, cat pheromone sprays and extra cat nip all around the house for her and her brother.

I thought we were were good until 3 nights ago I noticed what looked like pee by the sliding door out back. Not sure of the culprit, I setup the pet cam and there she was peeing on the rug by the door. In the last 48 hours I've caught her doing it 4 times.

I've deep cleaned the rug with enzyme cleaner, baking soda, vinegar. I've sprayed lemon solution I made and had used in the past as a deterrent. We've got the phermone diffuser and sprays going.

I'm at my wits end. She doesn't stop doing this despite having a clean bill of health, lots of wet and dry food, lots of love and attention, clean as can be litterboxes (and multiple around the house to make it easier for her, we added another one to be safe back when I was testing the litters to see if that was a factor), phermone sprays.

I'm starting to get to the point of looking into rehoming her, which makes me feel awful for even thinking of it; but I'm at a loss for what to do. This has been an on and off issue for years and after many vet visits I'm starting to lose my sanity. My fiancé and I have so many fights about it. He's looked at me and said he understands that I love her and he knows I wouldn't want to give up on any animal, but he thinks maybe that would be best for her given everything we've tried. But maybe there's something we haven't tried.

I'm currently looking into cat diapers for her. But I would love and gladly welcome any and all advice.

LTDR: 6.5 Year old female cat won't stop peeing in inappropriate spaces. Has been to the vet multiple times and has a clean bill of health. I've tried different types of litters, pheromone sprays and diffusers, deep cleaning the areas she pees on with enzyme cleaner, lemon deterrent spray, keeping the house super tidy, giving her lots of love and cat nip, tinfoil on areas she has soiled. Soon I'll be trying kitty diapers.

Desperately looking for any advice one might have or maybe things I haven't even considered. Thank-you so much in advance
