Was miyagi technically first to confess?

Hi guys I just finished reading this and was wondering who technically confessed first. Referencing ch105, miyagi changed their roommate title to something else because of noto senpai, and I was wondering if that technically means miyagi was the first one to take the step of confessing. she wouldn’t call themselves friends, but didn’t think the roommate title fit them anymore. I was wondering if you could say miyagi’s vague title change could be her wanting to be sendai sans gf or at least be a step towards changing their relationship
