Why does It Need to be like this?

Hi guys, It's been some months since i discovered Neville, the law of assumption/attraction and the manifestation world in general. I put the law in action and I manifested some things in these months, some of which I were not attached to, so they came easily, and others which I were attached to and came with more "effort" (Needed more mental Diet, trust, ecc..) There were other things that I couldn't manifest, or, to Say It Better, that didn't reached my wanted ideal scenario... Yet I would add

Now, said that, my question and the issue that I want to debate here Is this: if we are really God (and I believe we are), or Consciousness experiencing itself, if we are part of the Divine and we incarnate the Divine in our human experience, we does It Need to be like this? Like so ... Complicated? I explain It better. I have a background in medical science and everything Is so damn complicated. If you eat much Sugar you get diabetes, if you overeat you get troubles, if you stay up late you fuck your circadian rhythm, It's Better to not use your phone at night otherwise you get insomnia, you Need to exercise 3-4 times a week, you can't smoke, if you make sex you spill your Energy, and I can go on Forever Like...WTF. why does It have to be like this? If I were God I wouldn't make things like this; I ready everywhere that we Need to enjoy Life and experience It to the fullest and I BELIEVE IT, i really believe It but It seems like you are moving in a room full of Crystals and if you don't pay attention everything breaks in a moment; or at least, I'm living like this but I can't see another view on this
